After 41 years of a very satisfying legal career, I have decided to retire from my practice August 31, 2026. It has been clients like you who have made my career an enjoyable one.

In winding up my practice, I am transferring my files to Devry, Smith and Frank LLP, (“DevryLaw”) managing partner and corporate counsel, Elisabeth Coulson, and Wills and Estates, tax planning lawyer Esther Abecassis. In making the decision to transfer my practice to DevryLaw , I have based it on three criteria:

1. Competence and Integrity: I have worked with DevryLaw for many years, particularly with their senior partners who instilled in these younger lawyers the same sense of professionalism and values that I expect of myself. 3. Location: The firm is located at 95 Barber Green Road, Don Mills, Ontario M3C 3E9 in the heart of Don Mills, just north of Eglinton Avenue. The firm entrance and boardrooms are accessible on the ground floor and parking is free.
